Gen5 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and gen5 ("Platform", "Company", "we"). This document governs your entire relationship with the gen5 platform in Malaysia, including account registration, use of gaming services, financial transactions, and all other interactions with our platform. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with all terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the gen5 platform.

To register and use gen5's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. gen5 reserves the right to request verification proof at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension or termination.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. gen5 treats registration as confirmation that you meet this age requirement. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts terminated immediately and all winnings will be voided.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or individuals legally permitted to use online gaming services under the laws of your country of residence.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on gen5. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with all balances and winnings forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keep your password secure your account. gen5 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
• Your gen5 account is strictly for your personal use. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

Gen5 supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users. All financial transactions are processed through fully encrypted security systems that meet the highest industry standards.

• Minimum deposit per transaction is RM20. There is no daily maximum deposit limit; however, gen5 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain threshold.
• Accepted deposit methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via online banking platforms such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in under 60 seconds for e-wallet methods, and within 5 minutes for FPX.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. gen5 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 working hours, depending on the selected method and verification requirements.
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method — this is anti-money laundering (AML) policy which all financial service platforms in Malaysia are required to comply with.
• Gen5 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal request showing signs of suspicious activity, subject to further investigation that may require supporting documents from you.
• All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency is accepted or processed on the gen5 platform.
• Any fees charged by the payment provider you (such as bank transaction fees) are solely your responsibility and will not be covered by gen5.

Gen5 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements (wagering requirements) specified for each promotion.

• First deposit bonus up to RM500 is subject to a 20× rollover requirement on the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made. Example: a RM100 bonus requires cumulative wagering of RM2,000.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once only per member. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through methods such as opening multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Gen5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and currently in the process of meeting rollover requirements.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirement has been fully met. Only net winnings generated from bonus usage may be withdrawn.
• Gen5 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings where it is established that a bonus was obtained or used through dishonest means, fraud, or abuse of the system.
• Specific conditions for each promotion — including time limits, eligible games and rollover requirements — will be clearly stated in relevant promotions page within the gen5 platform.

Gen5 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all members. All games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently audited.

• The use of any automated software, tools, or methods to play on gen5 — including bots, scripts, or systems that replace a player's manual actions — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Any attempt to exploiting technical glitches, system vulnerabilities or software errors within the gen5 platform constitutes a serious violation of these terms. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Gen5 reserves the right to cancel or rectify any bets or winnings arising from technical errors, odds display errors or system disruptions. You will be notified if such a situation affects your account.
• All games on gen5 — including Hercules Zeus, Lantern Luck, Gong Xi Fa Cai, Spartan Warrior, Aces and Faces, Hip Hop Panda, and Triple Pandas — use an RNG system that is audited by an independent third party to ensure fairness in every spin or round.
• Game results displayed on the platform are final unless there is a clear evidence of a technical error. gen5 will not consider appeals based on personal expectations or claims unsupported by system data.

Gen5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for reasonable cause. You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

• Gen5 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account without prior notice if there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of any terms in this document.
• Accounts that inactive for 12 consecutive months (with no log-in or transactions) may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
• Should your account be terminated due to a breach of terms, all outstanding balances and winnings may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation committed. gen5 will communicate this decision in writing.
• To voluntarily close your account, please contact the gen5 support team via [email protected] or live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned via your original deposit method within 5 working days.
• Players who choose to self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion related to responsible gaming may apply through their account settings. During this period, the account will be blocked from all gaming activity.

Use of the gen5 platform is at your own risk. The following rules define the limits of gen5's liability under various circumstances.

• Gen5 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• The gen5 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Gen5 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any third-party links or information that may appear on the gen5 platform are provided for reference purposes only, and gen5 assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or reliability of such information.

• The personal data you provide during registration and use of the platform will used solely for account operation purposes, identity verification, transaction processing, and communications related to gen5 services.
• Gen5 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
• All data is stored on servers that are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and advanced security measures that meet international industry standards.

• All gen5 members are entitled to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately once set.
• Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gaming encouraged to activate the self-exclusion option or self-exclusion for a chosen period of time. gen5 will honour these requests in full.
• Gen5 has a policy of strict prohibition against borrowing for the purpose of gambling, funding another person's account, or playing with funds that are not your own.

Gen5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the gen5 platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the gen5 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, gen5 will endeavour to provide notice via email to the address registered to your account, or through an in-platform notification, at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect — except where immediate action is required in the interest of platform or player security.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days of written notice of the dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any legal action arising out of or relating to your use of the gen5 platform.
